Statistics Canada, Canadian International Merchandise Trade (CIMT) — covers all four Atlantic salmon product forms tracked at HS8: fresh whole (HS 03021411), frozen whole (03031300), fresh fillet (03044110) and frozen fillet (03048100). Country-of-destination data with US states aggregated into the United States total. Unit value is calculated as customs value ÷ net mass (FOB Canada); it reflects product mix as well as price, so markets importing fillets show higher unit values than those importing whole fish. EUR values use the ECB monthly-average reference rate, period-matched to the export month.
