Prices in EUR/kg, VAT included, for fresh salmon fillets only. Retail coverage includes 8 selected European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden) and is not a full-EU average. Does not include traditional fishmongers, market stalls, or HoReCa channels. EUMOFA's online retail panel begins in September 2021 for France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, and Portugal; Germany and Sweden enter the dataset in 2022.
